Your private tram and boat

Travelling by tram and boat as you please. You can even get married aboard a steamtram!

Dining:

Our Candlelight Express will not run anymore in 2012; a completely new program is currently being developed.

Themes & Specials:

Throughout the year we organise thematic runs and events, with which we focus on the history of the steamtrams in Holland with our special collection of steam locomotives, carriages and goods vans.

Where are we located?

The steamtramstation in Hoorn is situated next to the NS-station, adjacent to the Transferium car park. The jetty leading to the boat is next to the NS-station in Enkhuizen. A short walk through the centre of Medemblik will take you from tram to boat or vice versa.
Both Enkhuizen and Medemblik have ample parking space.
Every 30 minutes a Dutch Railways train on the Amsterdam-Enkhuizen service runs between Hoorn and Enkhuizen and vice versa (travelling time 20 minutes),
