Travel through the past, when steamtrams and boats played such an important part in transport in our country. You will be able to experience all this in the 2010 program of the Museum Steamtram Hoorn-Medemblik.
A day out in the Historic Triangle.
Daytrip April-October and weekends March and November 2010.
Travel between Hoorn and Medemblik or vice versa by steamtram and between Enkhuizen and Medemblik vice versa by boat. There is a regular service by vintage bus between Twisk and Medemblik.
With this program, young and old can take part in the Steamsafari or visit the Tramcollection.
Prices: Adults € 19,50, children 4-12: € 14,50.
Discounts for groups starting at 12 persons.
In springtime, the steamtrams will take you through the most colourfull Dutch bulbfields between Hoorn and Medemblik.
‘Steamtram 1926’
A short program in the afternoon, which begins with an exploratory expedition to the vast collection of steamtrams in Hoorn. Next a short steamtramtrip in ancient wooden coaches to Wognum vice versa.
